For the last twelve years I have worked in the public health field, primarily focused on food safety. My experience includes work as an environmental health specialist inspecting food establishments for regulatory compliance, a certified ServSafe instructor and proctor for food protection manager training, and reviewing and implementing food safety plans including HACCP and other special processes.

I look forward to serving businesses and public health agencies throughout southern New England.
